It is a certification applied to Built environments approved in strict wellness standards by methods such as measurement with validated gadgets, laboratory physics-chemical analyzes, documentary evidence and others.

These built environments are grouped in two modalities:

1) those who have already passed the previous certification stage, for projects, and received the Healthy Building Certificate for projects (project certification extinguishes itself at the end of the construction when certificate of occupancy is issued by proper authorities;

2) those who did not receive Healthy Building Certificate for projects in their project phase, including older properties, but who comply with all the parameters nevertheless and wish to certify the completed construction phase.

Items such as electromagnetic fields, air quality and ventilation, including the presence of volatile organic compounds, fungi and bacteria, water quality, quality and quantity of light, acoustics, landscaping, sustainability and healthy maintenance belong to the parameters and will be assessed before issuing a certification.
