The Co.W. Coworking Space Lapa opens its newest unit in São Paulo, located at Rua Tito, 479. The space gathers innovation, together with all the history and culture of Casa Melhoramentos, a building considered a historical heritage of the city and an important cultural center of the capital of São Paulo.

And the best, all this in the building of Casa Melhoramentos, listed as historical heritage of the city. The address already known at Rua Tito, 479 – Vila Romana, is pure tradition and history in the same place! The place already sheltered the industrial park of Cia Melhoramentos in the 1920’s and served as a Mint during the Constitutionalist Revolution of 1932. The main building, dated 1948, was the administrative headquarters of Melhoramentos and one of the pillars of the neighborhood’s urbanization. A true trip back in time.
