About the building:
The CRESOL branch in Francisco Beltrão has a ‘black’ concept, it is the first financial institution in Brazil to receive the HBC (Healthy Building Certificate) Seal, which aims at the well-being of cooperative members and employees. The project followed the healthiness parameters contemplating items such as architectural design, lighting, acoustic quality, quality of the materials used, hydraulic project, electrical project, internal air quality, landscaping and common areas, sustainability, and maintenance of the certified building.
“The architectural principle of the project was conceived in something that would mark the surroundings and the city center with a differentiated layout and with the implementation of green architecture, with the characteristics of sustainability”, highlighted Cresol Tradition’s Superintendent, Anderson Wolff.
