Casa Gadia is part of the pilot project of GBC Brasil – Referential House, and was awarded, in 2014, the I Saint-Gobain Award – Sustainable Habitat, having received, in 2020, a HBC – EPE-A certification. Bia Gadia sought to follow all the requirements for a sustainable building since its implementation, counting on the EPS Isopor® construction method, rational use of water, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, social requirements, acoustic quality, environmental psychology, electromagnetic fields, landscaping and innovation, meeting all the requirements for the promotion of architecture, health and well-being of the built environment.
