About the building:
Architectural structure, Nasp was designed to translate the brand’s values and cultivate one of the most important pillars for the company: the philosophy of integrating spaces and people through relationships. The architectural language of the new headquarters converses with the structure of Cajamar, where Natura’s factories are located in the state, by rescuing and reinforcing the choices that, in 2001, declared the principles of how the company positions itself in space: open and permeable environments, which stimulate the connection between people and people with nature. The building’s entire façade is covered in glass, which favors the integration of internal and external spaces – especially the surrounding forest. The new headquarters was also designed to strengthen the exchange between employees. There are 55 smart meeting rooms, more than 110 spaces for informal meetings, multipurpose meeting space, rooms for activities that require concentration or privacy, and an auditorium. The local infrastructure also includes a restaurant that can serve around 500 people simultaneously, a nursery, a Health Space, a Wellness Space, a bank, a snack bar, and a pharmacy, among other facilities for employees.
